August 9: Doctor visit past 2: Episode Pap and TB!
August 11: Mini doctor visit (negative on the TB front)
August 16: Doctor visit part 3: Adventures in Abnormal Pap Results. Also, dental visit: scheduled days to have a cleaning, fillings, and wisdom teeth extraction.
August 27: Last doctor visit with primary care physician. Went to go over paper work!
September 3: Consult for colposcopy
October 5: FedExed Medical kit! (Because I haven't updayed this, I sent in my dental before hand and was dentally cleared. Had the colpo and my doctor signed off on 15 months between screenings. Got a polio and Tdap booster, as well as varicella titers.)
October 27: Faxed additional information (pap waiver and TB evalution with risk factors)
October 28: Medical clearance!
Novemer 1: Request for updated resume (submitted same day)
November 5: Contact from placement specialist via e-mail asking a few questions about service, all very similar to recruitment interview questions. Submitted answers the same day.
November 9: Invited to serve!
November 24: Received invitation after the first one was lost! Going to Ukraine in March 2011 as a Secondary Education TEFL Teacher :)
December 2: Submitted Aspiration Statement and Resume.
March 21: Staging in Washington, D.C.
