It appears Skype is the thing to do.

Hello fellow PCers.  Do you have AIM  Skype? Hey! So do I (now)! Let's chat.  Support is definitely helpful, especially since, as most of us have learned, it is easy to wear out our friends and family with PC worries and hopes.
